Membership Basics
AeroVentures has a non-refundable initiation fee of $500 for new members and a monthly membership fee of $125 to maintain club membership. With the membership fee and after checkout, you have access to our club aircraft at the published member usage rates.
We are proud of our clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained airplanes. Members all share in the upkeep by ensuring that the airplanes are neat and clean after every flight.
Our aircraft scheduling program is used by club members to book flights, “squawk” issues, maintain maintenance logs, and allow members to keep their accounts current. We also work with you to track important dates such as medical, flight reviews, and club reviews.
We also require members who are using our aircraft to have current non-owner’s insurance.
Application Instructions
All membership forms must be completed online.
Use your complete FAA name on all forms, documents and record entries. This is the name that is attached to your FAA license (typically this is your full first, middle and last names) - no nicknames or abbreviations, please. Note: You should use the SAME email address for all interactions with the club. We will not sell or use your email for anything other than club business.
Review the AVFC Club Handbook - this includes the bylaws and policies you need to be aware of as a club member.
Complete the Membership Interest Form.
Request a scheduling account with Flight Circle. Click the “Don’t have an account” link, set up your login credentials, and then request Aeroventures in the Associations. If you have an account through another organization, you can request the association to AVFC.
Complete the AVFC Membership Agreement in Flight Circle.
Ensure you have Non-Owner’s Aircraft Insurance that meets the club’s minimum requirements.
If you have not heard back after a day or two, please send us an email as a reminder to review your submission.
*All new members will receive an invoice for the $500 initiation fee and prorated first month’s dues. In addition, the account must have a balance of $0 or greater and current Non-Owner’s Aircraft Insurance to be able to schedule aircraft. This must be paid in Flight Circle before any flights/checkouts can occur.
